Education is considered to be as important as human immortality and as old as his creation. There

are many opinions on how to perceive the very essence of education fundamentally. Universities should think of new theories to transfer knowledge from the classroom to the workplace beyond traditional learning methods. We should thank the rapid advancement of technology as now online teaching is getting more popular. This technology progress now allows students to learn entirely in an online environment as it provides socializing with classmates, watching lectures, and participating in subject-specific discussions. During this recent pandemic, most of our schools, colleges, and universities are using this new online teaching method widely, and they have overcome the geographical barrier through this process. Research results indicate the excellent sides of online teaching for developing skills as creating the right learning environment.

Research done by Purdue University & The National Center for Education Statistics says that 6.6 million students are currently active with online courses as a part of their higher secondary education. Among them, 5.5 million are undergraduate students, and 19.5% of students take one course online. In a recent pandemic, The University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh says that according to their estimation, 63 universities, 7 public, and 56 privates, are now providing the students with this facility. Another research has been carried out that 60% of teachers feel they should learn online, with 3,500 teachers representing all education forms. Have a significant influence, and 64 percent of the students think this is the case too.

Some people will always say that studying in a classroom is better as it has a face-to-face interaction with a teacher, and it is more effective than online learning. Here are five reasons why online schooling can be more successful than face-to-face education-

1. Students learn more than they do in traditional courses: Because online courses provide students with complete freedom of their learning, they can learn at their own pace. Students typically perform quicker than they will and gain more information.

2. Retention rates are higher with online learning: More multimedia content, more control over how the material is handled, and less likelihood of classes clashing with other commitments were suggested to contribute to this rise.

3. Online learning requires less time investment: Many students postponed study face to face due to the time it takes to invest. This usually requires time to go back to school and to wait for tutors and other students. It is also important to remember that eLearning typically allow students to break the period in whatever way they invest in their course.

4. Communications: Several studies have found more interaction between teacher and student in an online environment because of this process's “abstractness.”

5. Performance: Online courses tend to be the same level of success for students as face-to-face classes regarding the objective impact on cognitive learning.

Online courses can generate a valuable educational result which is accessible to the same extent. However, almost all research findings prove that online learning is a System for better education. We can conclude that online teaching is one of the best options to ensure better knowledge transference between teachers and students.
