Nowadays, many Facebook ad accounts are being disabled, and Facebook is disabling those new to Facebook marketing. So what is the reason? Today I will try to find out what causes the ad account to be disabled and restore it.

First of all, one ad account after another is being disabled due to running ads without complying with Facebook's ad policy and community standards. 

Now the question is where and how do I know about ad policy? 

OK, the answer is you must read the Advertising Policy section on Facebook well before running the ad. There are rules like 19 o'clock. Although Facebook does not explicitly mention anything in their policy, reading these rules will still give you an idea.

Pages from which the ad is repeatedly rejected or the policy is violated are considered unfit for Facebook to give ads, so Boost is showing Unavailable. In that case, there is nothing to do but go to Request Review and appeal and wait. Go to the support inbox with him and tell him the details of the problem (it is better to tell the details than to say in 2-1 line). There is a possibility that the update of the review will come soon.

Even after fully complying with Facebook's ad policy, many ad accounts are being disabled, and the ad is being rejected. In that case, you should know that Facebook first reviews ads through robots, so, no robot is 100% accurate. Therefore, to avoid ad rejection or ad account being disabled, it is important to ensure no remote relationship with the ad policy.

Facebook has been very vocal against fake IDs, so pages should be run from real IDs, and ads should be run. Otherwise, the ad account with ID can be disabled at any time, then there is nothing to do.

What to do now?

✅ Request Review: If your account is disabled / ad restricted, you must appeal (Request Review). But yes, you will want your photo ID here. You can verify with your NID / Passport. But make sure the name and date of birth are the same everywhere. If all the documents are in order, you will get your account back within 24 hours.

✅ Support Inbox: More or less, everyone has seen this support inbox option on Facebook, maybe never needed. 

But at this point, it can help tremendously. Go to the support inbox, select your issue category, and give a detailed description of your account in the description. If you finish in the 2/1 line, it may take more time for the response to come from Facebook, or it may not come. 

It is best to admit your mistakes and write something to promise that this will not happen again. (While writing, you must specify the 15-digit ad ID number and save the case ID somewhere).

✅ Live Chat: If the problem is not solved after so many things, you can use Facebook live chat. Usually, you have to wait a bit here for the corona to have fewer delegates. OK, they will tell you what to do after confirming your ad ID and case ID when talking to the representative. 

If you have any questions (whether the ID is correct, when the review update may come, which policy has been violated), you can do it without hesitation. They are quite well organized and give clear answers. But when talking to them, make sure that your statements and descriptions match. If all goes well here, too, you will get the account within 24-48 hours.

Finally, run the ad with real dollars and stay away from coupon traders. You should not run an ad at all without knowing the ad policy of Facebook. Refrain from add with inexperienced new people. 

If you are not a good expert, do not give anyone access to the ad account. Besides, you should know the details of the Facebook Ad yourself.
